Hook and Loop (Velcro®)

Hook and loop fasteners (commonly known as ‘Velcro®’) consist of two lineal fabric strips which are attached to opposing surfaces. One strip has tiny hooks and the other side has tiny loops, when pressed together the two pieces ‘catch’ one another to create a temporary binding that can be easily removed and reattached.
