What are your opening times?

We are open Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am to 4pm. We are closed on weekends and UK public bank holidays.

What are the prices of your products and services?

Please email or call 01527 517 517 with a list of products and/or services you are interested in. A sales representative will then provide you with a quotation. It helps us if you can provide estimated sizes and quantities of what you require so we can offer you the best price possible. We do not list prices on our website as we are a trade supplier.

I’m not sure what packaging I need, can you help?

Yes! We offer free professional advice on how to best solve your packaging problem. Please email or call 01527 517 517 and one of the team will be able to help you.

How do I place an order?

Once you have a received a quotation from our sales department you can place your order by sending us a PO (Purchase Order) or written confirmation by email. Alternatively, you can call us on 01527 517 517 to confirm an order verbally.

Is the product I ordered in stock and how long will delivery be?

Many products are kept in stock but if you have ordered a made to order or non-stock line then lead time ranges from 7 – 14 working days. For stock items many products can be delivered next day or even same day (locally). All lead times will be specified on your quotation.

Can I collect an order from your premises?

Yes! However, we kindly ask you gives us advance notice by calling us on 01527 517 517 or email to ensure your order is ready. Our address is: 80 Arthur Street, Redditch, B98 8JY for made to order items. For stock items please use our second site address: Unit B2 & B4, Oxleasow Road, East Moons Moat Business Centre, Oxleasow Road, Redditch, B98 0RE. Please call us to check which address to collect from. 

Do you a have minimum order value or quantity?

All orders are subject to a minimum order value of £120.00 (net) otherwise a small order free of £10.00 will be applied. Minimum order quantities of products will be specified on your quotation.

How do I pay for an order?

We offer 30-day end of month credit terms (subject to approval) or we can accept BACS or credit/debit card (2.5% surcharge) payments for customers who do not have a credit account with us. 

How do I open a credit account?

Please email or call 01527 517 517 and we will ask you to fill out a credit application form. Subject to approval we can set you up on 30-day end of month credit terms, we ask all first orders are on a pro forma invoice basis.
