We are currently launching a new range from 3M - Cushionmount Plus this range encompasses the proven performance of 3M Cushionmount product across a broader spectrum with 8 variants of density in the 15 and 20thou cushion mount alone!
In addition is the unique 'E Series Liner' which prevents air entrapment by forming micro-channels in the adhesive and allowing air to flow on both sides of the plates. This technology can mean faster mounting times and improve consistency of print due to a reduction in air bubbles that can cause blemishes in screen and process jobs.
High performance double-sided plate mounting tapes provide the modern Flexo printer with the abilty to print better quality at faster speeds with less down-time on the mounting and demounting of tapes.
