This winter we are launching a new Jiffy Green Brand with revitalised packaging for the Padded Bag and adding new "greener" bubble products.
Jiffy Recycled Green Bubble
Bubble film is one of the most recognised protective packaging products on the market today. Our range of excellent quality, fully recyclable green bubble is made using 100% recycled polyethylene. Perfect for void filling, interleaving, wrapping and cushioning - you can even use the packaging to fill up a void too.
Jiffy Recycled Green Bubble is available in a handy dispenser box, 1500mm x 100m rolls and 500mm x 3m mini rolls.

A new addition to the Astro bubble family - Jiffy’s new bio-degradable bubble film ensures quality protective cushioning performance with an added environmental advantage. IoD Young Director of the Year 2006
Luke Verrall, Managing Director of Newtown Packaging Ltd, has been short listed for the 2006, Institute of Directors, Young Director of the Year Award.
After all the successful strategies he has implemented into the business over the last two years, Luke fought off the other many entries and short listed to win the Small Business category and finalised for the overall IoD Young Director of the Year Award.
3 Peaks Challenge
A big thank you to all our customers and suppliers who helped by way of donation for our 3 Peaks Challenge in May 2006.
In 23hours and 50minutes we had managed to Climb Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in Britain) in Scotland, drive down to and Climb Scafell Pike (the highest mountain in England) in the Lake District, then drive in to Wales and conquer Snowdon (the highest mountain in Wales.) This painful and gruelling experience did have a purpose; to help people who need assistance for the very basics in life.
The Charity World Vision whom we raised the money for, has a policy of providing aid with a lasting benefit; a case of helping people help themselves. Our target was to raise £2500.00 to buy and commission a water bore hole.
We are please to report that we ended up raising £ 5,500.00! and in addition World Vision will be able to claim Gift Aid on that money making it worth over £7000.00
